Shubuta, MS — Democratic nominee for Congress Michael A. Chiaradio joined the Shubuta Municipal Democratic Party last weekend for its monthly meeting, where he provided members with an update on the campaign’s continued growth and his recent travels across Mississippi’s Third Congressional District.
During the meeting, Chiaradio shared updates from communities throughout the district, discussed the campaign’s expanding grassroots operation, and spoke about the encouraging response he continues to receive from voters across Mississippi’s Third District.
As a resident of Shubuta, Chiaradio said the meeting carried special meaning. He expressed gratitude for the confidence and encouragement shown by local Democrats and said it is an honor to have the support of the community he now calls home. He also pledged to work hard to represent the interests of Shubuta and communities like it in Washington.
The meeting also included discussions about preparations for the campaign’s get out the vote effort. Chiaradio said the campaign is continuing to build the volunteer network, community partnerships, and local infrastructure necessary to maximize voter turnout throughout the district in 2026.
As the campaign continues building momentum across Mississippi’s Third Congressional District, Chiaradio remains focused on laying the foundation for a successful grassroots operation that will reach voters in every corner of the district and compete all the way through Election Day.
